Rules for claiming Kasbee seller rewards in Saudi Arabia. Accepting these in onboarding is required before you can claim.
You claim rewards for verified sales at your store under active retailer–merchant consent. Kasbee is the technology and payout operator — not your employer and not the brand paying the reward.
Each sale identity (serial or vertical equivalent) can be claimed once on Kasbee, forever. Evidence photos and details must be accurate. False or duplicate claims may be rejected, clawed back, and flagged for fraud review.
Rewards move through hold, clear, and disbursement per vertical rules. Payout requires green readiness gates (identity, freelance certificate, IBAN, and employer consent when you are retailer staff). Cleared amounts that fail a gate roll to a later cycle.
You are responsible for reporting rewards to ZATCA. Kasbee does not withhold tax or invoice ZATCA on your behalf.
Do not share accounts, bribe for confirmations, or bypass consent. Kasbee may suspend claiming or payout readiness when fraud or compliance risk is high.
