How Kasbee handles seller and operator data in Saudi Arabia (PDPL).
Account email, seller profile, claim evidence photos, serial or sale identity, device push token when you use the mobile app, and approximate device info needed to deliver push notifications. We do not use third-party advertising SDKs.
Identity is verified through Nafath. Kasbee stores only a hash of the National ID and may show the last four digits for support. The full National ID is never kept on your phone and is never logged in cleartext.
Kasbee confirms your IBAN before payout. The app and portal may show the last four characters only. Cleartext IBAN is not stored in the mobile app.
You can ask Kasbee for a data pack or erasure. Erasure redacts contact details. Ledger entries, serials, claims, consents, and the activity log are retained for compliance and M/36 audit.
You are responsible for your own tax reporting on rewards (ZATCA). Kasbee does not withhold tax or invoice ZATCA on your behalf.
